I have been having some problems with using skype out. Everything was fine until the problem with skype a couple of weeks ago. After Skype fixed the problem, I am having a lot of problems. My Skype Out calls are being dropped regularly. It is really annoying and it costs I think the price is $.035 every time a call is connected. Maybe it is a tactic my Skype to earn more money as they charge extra for connecting calls. I really don't know what has happened with skype, or maybe it is the skype installation on my PC?? The call is being dropped about every 10-20 minutes and I have to call them again. :( I have been using skype for about 7-8 months and I haven't had this kind of problem with skype out calls but now it happens every time I call. There has been lots of bloodshed and fighting in the past decade. Last time it was between the Maoists and the government troops. That civil was has ended but now a different situation has arised, some dumb f*** want to separate the Terai region from Nepal and form a different country. There is a lot of blood being spilled in Terai since Loktantra arrived in Nepal. Now the bloodshed has reach the capital, Kathmandu. Just a couple of days ago there had been a series of bomb blasts in the capital. I think three bombs exploded in different parts of the capital at the same exact time. Two people were killed, one forty year old woman and a twenty year old college student. Terai Army took responsibility of the bomb blasts. It was unknown till later at night that day, who organized the bomb blasts. This is really sad, the country where Buddha was born is not like a war zone. Nothing is stable. Skype is back up and working

Did u know skype was down? A couple of days ago, I tried to login to my skype account and I couldn't. I thought it was my internet connecting but all the other things were working perfectly, so i opened Skype.com and saw that the skype software was having some problems. I also checked out Skype Heartbeat for more information on why the skype software wasn't working as it should. Just now I tried login in to my skype account and the problem had been fixed but not completely.

Yeti- the Abominable Snowman

Abominable Snowman, also know as Yeti in Nepal, Migua in Bhutan, Yering in China, Big Foot in North America is quite intriguing. What if a Yeti actually exits, personally I think it does. Thinking a Yeti is just a myth is very arrogant, how would we know, have humans been on every inch of the earth, I don't think so. Anything is possible. I don't care what other people think but I can't overlook the fact that a creature called Yeti in the Himalayan reason can exist.

Its typically have been sighted often in the Himalayan reasons and the native people who live near the mountains claim to have seen them often. A monastery in Pangboche, Nepal claims to have the scalp and a skeleton had of the YETI. I haven't seen the scalp or the hand with my own eyes ( only in pictures ) so I can't really be sure if its the real thing. But I still believe it what I said earlier. No one can discoutn the fact that an abominable snowman can exists. Its almost like saying an intelligent life form exists in this universe other than Earth. I will leave that topic for another post. :D

I saw some documentaries on National Geographic channel some time ago and just now on the History Channel, you should watch it too. It will certainly stir your mind. I saw a new footage (new for me) of a Yeti, captured in some mountains of Nepal. I don't know if its a real deal or a hoax. It is not conclusive enough as the footage was not that clear.

Well, this kind of creature has been spotted all around the world and all of these people are not liars. Most of them are honest, village folks who have nothing to gain from it.

From today onwards, all the public transport are going to a strike for an undisclosed number of days. This is bullshit. Every time something is wrong, the country is on strike. How do people expect the country to move forward if a week of so in a month, the country is on strike.

Have you noticed any climate change ?? I have been noticing gradual change in the climate inside the city I live in , especially the temperature and rain fall. The temperature in the summer time is increasing year by year and I don't think the situation will stabilize , instead it will become more and more . The summers are getting hotter and hotter, the winters are getting colder and colder and in the rainy season, there is less rainfall every year. This situation has created drought in lots of countries including mine . The polar ice caps are melting rapidly and the sea level will rise year by year, which will result in flooding in the cities and countries that are close to the sea. There will be more and more devastating storms . According to the MAYAN calender, it is predicted that the world will end on 2012. The prediction made by the MAYAN calender has come true in the past but I hope this time it is wrong. If that happens, the world will seize to exist as it it today.

Nepal and India have been having some border issues for a long time now and no one seems to care at all. India has been encroaching on Nepal's border for some years now but at that time nor the government or the maoists cared about it. They were fighting amongst each other and the border issue was neglected. India have been continuously encroaching Nepal's border and if this keeps on happening, Nepal will no longer exist. Still no one cares about it. Not the UN, China, and even the Nepali government itself.
About five years back, a goverment building was located in Nepal very close to the Nepal-India border and now that building is on the Indian side of the border. Is this right??

According to official records, Nepal covers a total area of 147,181 Sq km. But in reality, the territory of Nepal is gradually shrinking thanks to increasing encroachment by India that has put the sovereignty of Nepal at stake.
The reports prepared by Buddhi Narayan Shrestha renowned border expert after thorough survey make it evident that India has encroached about 59,970 hectares of Nepali territory at 54 points in 21 districts adjoining India in the east, west and South. But if the areas affected by the unilateral activities of our southern neighbor such as construction of dams and irrigation projects are considered as encroachment, which according to researcher Phanindra Nepal, we should, the number increases to 85 points.

Schools have been closed just a couple of days back . I don't mean like a vacation, the teachers decided to close the schools throughout the country because some demand put forth by the teachers haven't been met by the government or something. I don't know much about it but still its irresponsible for teachers to go on a strike for any reason whatsoever . The only people who suffer from these kind of stuffs is the children who go to school. It hard to study as there are about 2-3 days of strike every month and this really disrupt the school but ok that was done by the freaking political parties but come on ....teachers going on an indefinite strike?? thats just absurd. read this article from nepalnews.com for more information.

This kind of thing really pisses me off. Enough of the strikes already. This is just unacceptable.

What the F?? Its just too much .Damn. Petrol pumps are again running dry in the valley.I don't know what the problem is this time, terai strick or indian oil corporation stopped the supply.

How come the NOC can't pay?? when they charge so much for petrol , diesel, kerosene, natural gas (methane). We have to pay such a high price and still the NOC which is owned by the government says they are losing money. I think someone on the top position is squeezing the NOC and making fake statements that the NOC is supplying the country with huge losses. Still some petrol pumps have some supplies , so I will be queuing up to fill up my tank.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) is resuming the supply of petroleum products to Nepal following a Rs 60-crore payment by Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) on Thursday. The Himalayan kingdom had stocks left for 48 hours after IOC cut fuel supplies due to less-payment by NOC.

Recently there has been a shortage of petrol and other fuels in the capital after the a region of my country started to revolt.They wanted create a new country of their own.All the oil and gas supplies comes thought this region and it has been very unstable.That region has been closed totally and the necessary supplies hasn't been able to reach the capital.Talking about capital, we have to get in line to get petrol and it takes about 5 to 6 hours to get a liter of petrol and sometimes there is no petrol when the turn comes up after queuing up in line for so long.It has been this way for about a couple of months now and it simply blows my mind .What are the government for?to just sit on their bench,eat and earn money by taking bribes?I think not.They are just watching from the sidelines doing absolutely nothing and this is irritating the hell out of me.F*** the government.

A country in crisis

It has been coming since so called democratic government was establish in my country.Every one thought that the country would progress a lot after the so called "revolution" .But since them the country has been falling like a stone in terms of benefits to its citizens provided by the government.Not even the basic necessities are being fulfilled by the government right now.Now drinking water in enough quantity.Water is supplied only once or twice a week for about one hour.Is that enough??I freaking don't think so.Being one of the countries with the highest resources of water, this is just not right.One of the things I noticed about my country men is that they are really how do i say it "Ignorant" even if they are educated.I haven't seen anyone complaining to the government and they just stand up for stuffs that are much much less of an importance to the country and its citizens.

Well it has been a long time since the so called democracy came to my country and it has done nothing to help the citizens lives more comfortable.That was way before ...about 15-20 years ago.And it has till now failed to provide even the basic needs of its citizens.Some months back, there was a so called revolution in my country when the king had taken power.I found out that people are ignorant.Ignorant people died in the so called "revolution" to bring the same corrupt politicians to power thinking that the politicians would do the right thing this time.ROFLMAO.People are really ignorant.lol.Now my country is a mess and I do not think it will improve a bit in the future.Instead , it will just get worst and worst.The country is getting divided day by day and the so called terrorist some time back ( now they have entered the main steam politics ) so now they are no longer terrorists.LMAO. Now they are trying to take control of the country by using brut force and terror.I don't see any thing good happening to my country.This sucks and I can't do nothing about it.There are lots of other basic problems and I will be writing about them in the other posts.

More hours of load shedding

This is really pissing me off.How are we to do anything without power.The NEA has increased the load shedding hours to seven per day .Before it was three hours a day.It is shameful to say the my country has the highest hydro electric power per capita in the world and still we have to suffer can you believe seven ....ya you heard me right seven hours of power cuts a day.About a couple of days ago ,the power was out for eight hours straight.How is this country to progress if this is to continue?It is all because of the politicians and the corrupt officials that are said to be running the country and providing the daily needs of the citizens.The so called leaders of this nation need to open their eyes and smell the coffee.This can't go any longer.And I can't believe the ignorant citizens of my country that they would die to elect those corrupt officials but fail to speak up when our daily needs are not being met.

Power cuts again

The power cuts in my country has started again .This is making me angry.The electricity goes out for two and a half hours three days a week.The government is not doing its job properly.One of the richest country in water resources and we have to suffer power outages and that too in the capital city.And the prices are not cheap for electricity either.What does the government do with all the tax money they collect? I feel like I am pouring water in the sand. The government is corrupt.They can sell electricity to other countries for lot less money than the citizens of my country and they still cut the power.I am fed up with the government .This is not just for electricity ,everything is costly and the jobs do not pay enough to buy all the essential things. This is sure to breed crime .

Well I have said this on many other posts before and i will say it again.Nepal is an underdeveloped and a very poor country.
Do you know whats the price of petrol in nepal?Its 67 rupees for a litre of petrol( 1US$= 70 rupees).That roughly 1 dollar for a litre of petrol when US price for a gallon (3.8 litres) of regular unleaded gasoline is $US2.291 .That roughly is 1 litre of petrol for 0.6 US$.This is just too much.And the nepali government says that they are selling petrol for big losses.I cant see any truth in this.67 rupees for a litre of petrol when the average citizen in Nepal earns 4000 rupees ( figure not accurate ....much lower than that).Cooking gas costs 1000 rupees for a cylinder of gas.How do the government expect nepali's to live when the cost of living is much higher than in the US per say with the pay much much lower.The world has gone wrong.

A cracking afternoon at the Bridge

It's impossible to not be biased in favour of Arsenal but for 80 minutes I felt Arsenal matched our hosts in every department. Arsenal's young defence looked a little nervy on occasion but Arsenal passed the ball extremely well, won as many tackles as they lost and other than the one or two inevitable chances that fell their way looked relatively comfortable.

When Arsenal's best chance came, after a typically flowing move, Flamini slammed home the opener .
I am not going to whine about the foul that led to the equalizer, referees make mistakes with fouls all the time, the fact it led to a goal is just bad luck in my eyes. As long as my heart continues to beat however, he will not score another goal like that. So why, during a spell in the match where not only had Arsenal taken the lead but were looking at their most comfortable, did it have to happen against Arsenal?! Very frustrating.

In the dying moments they could have ended up going home with nothing as Chelsea's equaliser gave them the lift they needed to finally put Arsenal under serious pressure. That would have been very cruel and Flamini's slightest of touches in the final minute topped a great day for him personally and overall a very satisfying point for all of us.

Power outage in Nepal

The scheduled power cut have started from this Sunday in Nepal.Being the second richest country in the world for water resources , it is astounding that we have to suffer power cuts .
This sunday the power was out for two and half hour and I think it will be a lot more in the coming days.Last year we had no electricity in the peak winter months for about eight hours daily.I blame it all to the government's policies.They actually sell electricity to India for less than half the price we have to pay and still there is not enough electricity.Well they sell electricity to India and not provide electricity to their own citizens .WTF is wrong with Nepal .Have the politicians sold out to India or are they appointed by India to govern Nepal?
The politicians are too busy taking bribes and do not even care about Nepal and Nepalese citizen's well being. They are the actual criminals not the petty thieves .Those politicians should be jailed for life.

Price of electricity

Man this is not fair.The world's second richest country (nepal) in water resources and the citizens of Nepal have to pay more than other countries .In Nepal , 1 unit of electricity costs 7 rupees ( 1 US$= 70 rupees ).And the average income in Nepal is about 4000 rupees.This is just too much to bear man.And we have a lot of load shedding too.This is very funny being the second richest country in water resources.

We get 220 volts .Why doesnt the government make it 110 volts?It will cut the price by half.Being a very poor country Nepal they expect the citizens to pay that much amount of money on electricity is just ludicrous .

Arsenal Vs Chelsea

Well last year Arsenal did not win the match against chelsea in stamford bridge and I do not think they will win this year just because Arsenal lack the physical presence in the mid field and chelsea love to play physically .I think Arsenal will win only if Chelsea play football.It is a no contest if Chelsea choose to play physical.I hope Arsene Wenger picks Julio Baptista as he is a physical player that will match Chelsea's in the mid field.I hope for the sake of Arsenal fans like me that Thierry Henry gets fully fit for that match because there is no other better striker for Arsenal rite now.
I hope Arsenal find the back of the net and start getting wins under their belt if they want to be up for title contention.

Arsenal are known for their total football playing style but this game was a big disappointment as they were not able to play and Porto were a far better team that day.It was the final group stage match in the champion's league and Arsenal came to Porto for a point and got it as well .I have to say that Arsenal should always play attacking football and not settle for a draw because they do not perform as well.It was evident in this champion's league group stage match .But there were a lot of key players injured as like Thierry Henry , Gallas , Rosicky .Well this sunday i hope some of them will be fit to play because they play Chelsea that day and Arsenal will not be able to win without their key players .I hope Arsene Wenger starts with Julio Baptista on the middle because Arsenal lack strong players ( physically ) in the mid field.

The next day's fixtures are Dynamo Kyiv vs Real Madrid ( hope dynamo wins hate real but its a long shot),Lyon vs Steaua ( lyon will win for sure ),Man. United vs Benfica ( this is going to be a grudge match last years revenge ),København vs Celtic ,Porto vs Arsenal ( this is the fixture for me because i am a diehard Arsenal fan and arsenal need to win this match or draw to qualify ),Hamburg vs CSKA Moskva ( hope hamburg wins because it will be very good news for Arsenal and me as well ) ,Anderlecht vs AEK and Milan vs Lille ( milan are already through to the next stage ).

Well I just heard their song today and I liked it a lot.I listened to the greatest hits album of Audio Slave and I just like two of their songs.The best one for me is Show me how to live and the second one is Cochise.I did not like other of their songs at all.These songs are from Audio Slave's album called Audioslave .The song Cochise was released by Audioslave in 2002 .The song was also Cochise was one of many songs to be included in the PlayStation 2 video game Guitar Hero. The song was also featured in the 2006 film Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.I really like the music video of Show me how to live but the video was banned from MTV and VH1 so you will not be able to watch that video on those channels.I like the 1970 Dodge Challenger featured on that music video a lot.

Patrick Viera.What can u say about him man.He is a perfect midfielder.He can tackle,pass and score goals as well.He had an intense rivalry with Roy Keane.Well he started the fight with Manchester United a couple of years back and it was nasty .Almost all the players in the field were involved at the end.He was a strong character , a leader in the pitch .I think it was a mistake by Arsenal to sell him.Arsenal miss that big ,no nonsense,physical midfielder who could fight as well as play.I mean not an real fight .If you have watched football( for all the americans..football=soccer)(why the f do the Americans have to call it soccer when the rest of the world calls it football??).Enough of that.where was i...oh. I think Arsene Wenger has bought a replacement for Patrick Viera .Julio Baptista I think will be a very vital player like Patrick Viera was but it will take some time though.

This is a well known movie.Well , if you havent watched this movie you are missing out .The Good, the Bad and the Ugly , the name says it all .There are three main characters in this movie The Good portrayed by Clint Eastwood, The Bad portrayed by Lee Van Cleef and The Ugly played by Eli Wallach.This movie made Clint Eastwood famous around the world .This movie was not directed by Clint Eastwood but he learnt a lot from Sergio Leone , the director of this movie.
This is a western movie if you dont know.MGM has released a special edition DVD of "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" containing 18 minutes of rarely seen footage edited into the film. One of the deleted scenes explains how Angel Eyes came to be waiting for Blondie and Tuco at the Union prison camp.So go and grab a copy for your collection.I have a copy of this movie and I have watched it hundreds of times and it never gets boring.

Unforgiven

Well this is one of the best movies that Clint Eastwood made.He produced and directed the movie as well .Unforgiven is on my top ten list .I think this movie was his directorial debut and it was very good debut as well.This movie is very unique because on other western cowboy movies ,there is a hero and a bad guy. Clint Eastwood as an actor is usually portrayed as a good guy but in this movie he is neither good not bad .He is not the typical good guy in this movie and i liked it a lot .It was a breath of fresh air in the western movie genre .

This movie features a lot of well known actors like Gene Hackman and Morgan Freeman .Unforgiven won the Academy award for Best Picture (Clint Eastwood),Best Director(Clint Eastwood),Best Editing (Joel Cox) and Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Gene Hackman).This movie was also nominated for lost of there awards too.
If you haven't watched this movie yet, go and rent it today because its damn good.

Dennis Bergkamp

Well if you are a football fan you will know about him.He was bought by Arsenal from Ajax .He had a long prosperous career in Arsenal.Now he is a legend there.He was a great passer of the ball and he could score goals too.He was already there in arsenal when Arsene Wenger came.At last Bergkamp found the manager to suite his style of play and arsene wenger incorporated Bergkamp's skills to get the best out of him.Bergkamp formed a great understanding with Thierry Henry and formed an unbeatable striking pair.
With the striking partnership with Thierry Henry , he won a lot of English Premiership Titles .He also had a good career with his national team but Holland had never had the luck to win the world cup .I will talk about Holland on another post.Bergkamp retired from the Arsenal last year at the age of 37 which is a lot for a professional football player.

Don't worry.I am sure we will see him in the near future as a coach or a manager.I am sure of that .I am looking forward to that day.I hope he comes back to Arsenal.

Pirates of the Caribbean

Wow !!

This is a great movie.It is trilogy based from the Disney's theme park ride.It turned out to be a great success.I think the movie was a hit just because of the character called Captain Jack Sparrow.
You have to admire Johnny Depp.How did he come up with that personality for Captain Jack Sparrow?He is very talented man.

I watched the movie just because of Captain Jack Sparrow .
If you havent watched Pirates of the Caribbean ,you are missing out man.Go and rent the video now.Its a must watch movie.There are three parts to this movie and two parts has been released .Pirates of the Caribbean -The Curse of the Black Pearl and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.I think the third one is in production and will soon be released.Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End is the finale to this trilogy and I will not miss this part too.

Thierry Henry

Thierry Henry is my favorite striker.He plays for Arsenal if you dont know.Thierry Henry has been under rated by the media.He has not recieved a FIFA World Player of the year award.I am puzzled why he has not recieved that award.He has been consistent in the English Premier League for the past 5 years scoring 30 goals every season and in the toughest league in the world .He has received the English Premier League player of the year for the past four years continuously .

He is getting a bit old but he still has the pace and the skill to beat even the best of defenders.He started out on the right wing playing for Juventus and Monaco .But when he transfered from Monaco to Arsenal , Arsene Wenger molded him to become the striker that he is today.He has the natural talent and the desire to become one of the world's best striker and he has succeeded in doing so.
He is known for his acceleration, pace, ball control, dribbling, finishing, balance, agility, flair and technique.He usually likes to drop deep and receive the ball, before marauding forward down the left wing.That has not been the case this season because Wenger has assigned him to do a specific job so he doesnt go in that position often.That is bad for Arsenal but i hope Wenger knows what he is doing.

In todays Nepal , the number of depressed youth are growing day by day.This is just because there is not enough jobs for them or there is not enough income.In their younger days, the teachers , their parent and the people around them had told them that study is the most important think in your life.So they have been studying to make a better future and when they graduated there is bright future for them at the end of the tunnel.So whats the use of studying all your life when there is no future ?Why did they have to give false hope?
Even if you are qualified for a job they ask for experience.So how do you get experience when you cant even get a job.Lets say you have some experience and you get the job.The income is not enough to provide for their family and pay all the expenses.So lots of youths today are getting frustrated and depressed and the government needs to find a solution for this problem.If this situation is not corrected in time , the future of this country seems bleak .

The situations in the world right now and in the past has led me to believe that there is no God.All the wars and famine in the world and innocent people being killed all the time.Where is God when we need him?Why do innocent children die of hunger because some man chooses to create a famine by stopping the food supply.Where is so called God then?Why is there war.Why cant God stop all the evil things?These questions and a lot more of other questions leads me to believe that there is no God.

Cost of Internet in Nepal

well there is lot wrong with Nepal and this is one of them.Here in kathmandu,we have to pay 700 rupees a month (1 USD = 70 rupees ) for a night surfing package.Night surfing starts from 8:30 pm to 8:30 am On Saturday , we have 24 hours internet connection.The speed of the connection is just 64 kbps.Lets compare it to some other country.I will take US as an example.In the US , 1 mbps connection for 24 hours cost 14 USD which is 1000 rupees approximately .Well what do u thing ,is this fair?Nepalis have to pay 700 rupees for 12 hours night connection whereas US has to pay 1000 rupees for 24 hours ,1 mbps connection.The system has gone badly wrong in Nepal.

Water scarcity

This is very funny.Nepal being the second richest country in water resources ,there is very little water provided by the government for drinking.The water just comes about two days a week for about two hours.Can you believe this ?I sure cant.The problem is there is too much corruption and the investors are deterred by this.The officials asks for bribes and if you dont give them then your project will be rejected .This is the same with electricity investment companies.People reading this post will laugh but i am not kidding .There is very little drinking water supplied by the government being the so rich in water resources.

Well , arsenal is the club I support.I love football and everything about it.I am a big fan of arsenal because of the way they approach football.Their playing style is just superb and its very exciting to watch .This kind of playing style( total football ) was first started by Ajax .Well the arsenal team this year is just perfect for title contention .Arsenal are a team in transition so i do not think they will be genuine contenders this year but they will be up there or there abouts.
So i do not expect them to win every game.I think they will continue their last years run in the Champion's League this year too.Arsenal have bought good players this year like Tomas Rosicky and Julio Baptista but they will take time to settle down .So next year, they will be genuine title contenders.You can count on that.
